Ammonia, which is attracting attention as an energy carrier, is currently produced from hydrogen and nitrogen by the Haber-Bosch process, but in this study we are considering producing it from water vapor and nitrogen. In this talk, we will report the results of measurements of the absolute density of neutral particles in a nitrogen/water vapor inductively coupled plasma. H2O in the vessel dissociates to H and OH, but the results of this study suggest that most of them do not stay in the H and OH states, but H2, O2, NO, and NH3 are produced.
