In the development of halide perovskite (PSC) solar cell materials, it is thought to be effective to artificially control the crystal structure and the atomic-level microstructure of interfaces, and we have applied laser molecular beam deposition (LMBD), which can control the deposition of organic and inorganic materials at the atomic level, to the development of PSCs-related materials. We have applied laser molecular beam deposition (LMBD) to the development of PSCs-related materials. In this study, we investigated the correlation between film formation conditions and physical properties in the continuous deposition of PCSs-related materials via infrared (IR) or ultraviolet (UV) laser MBD.
