We have developed a tunable FSR Brillouin scattering spectrometer in which the distance between the reflective films is adjustable by independently arranging etalons on the incident and transmission sides. However, since the reflective films are coded on independent etalons, sufficient SNR could not be maintained due to poor parallelism between the reflective surfaces over time. In this study, a feedback system was developed to stabilize the spectral measurement.
