We prepared epitaxial Mn4−xCuxN films on SrTiO3(001) substrates and evaluated their crystalline and magnetic properties at room temperature. The magnetic compensation composition was identified as 0.1 ≤ x ≤ 0.15 by the composition dependence of saturation magnetization, coercivity, anomalous Hall effect, magneto-optical Kerr effect, and X-ray circular dichroism.
