Single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) are an alternative to rare metals for thermoelectric conversion materials, and the ultrasonic dispersion treatment conditions during the SWCNT film fabrication process are believed to affect the performance of the films. In this study, we investigated the air stability of n-type SWCNT films prepared using cationic surfactants, as affected by changes in the amplitude of ultrasonic dispersion. In addition, the adaptation to bolometry was investigated.
