Perovskite Solar cells

In p-i-n type perovskite solar cells using Pb-perovskite as the light-absorbing layer, it has been reported that the addition of BCP, a chelating compound typically used as a hole-blocking layer, to the hole transport layer (HTL) can passivate the bottom surface of the perovskite layer and improve the power conversion efficiency (PCE).
So, we aimed to improve the power conversion efficiency (PCE) of n-i-p type perovskite solar cells by utilizing the passivation effect on the top surface of the perovskite layer through the addition of BCP and its analogs, BPhen and NBPhen, to the hole transport layer.
