We demonstrate the simultaneous measurement of multiple components in a gas mixture using a 10 µm dispersive mid-infrared spectroscopy system. Thanks to its high spectral resolution, the absorption lines of ammonia and carbon dioxide are clearly resolved, enabling the simultaneous measurement of their concentrations. Furthermore, we perform measurements on other molecules with characteristic absorption features in the fingerprint region, demonstrating the effectiveness of multi-component simultaneous analysis for non-invasive health monitoring.
