This study aimed to develop new functionalities and control strategies for organic semiconductor lasers by investigating selective control of vibronic transitions. Our newly developed emitters, incorporated into highly designable dilute-doped thin films, exhibited low-threshold, highly durable dual-wavelength light amplification. We found that competition between vibronic transitions was strongly affected by the film composition. Furthermore, through systematic analysis over a wide range of excitation densities, we revealed excitation-dependent changes in transition competition and discussed the optical amplification mechanisms governing the whole phenomena.
