Polyoxometalates (POMs) are molecular clusters that exhibit multistep redox properties and have attracted attention as electronics materials. In this study, we focused on {Mo154}-ring, a giant ring-shaped POM, and evaluated its dielectric response through impedance measurements of thin films and single-molecule polarizability measurements. As a result, a very large apparent relative permittivity was obtained for the thin film, and a large polarizability was also observed at the single-molecule scale.
