Multi-head inkjet printing, which can simultaneously eject multiple inks, enables the mixing of droplets at any desired mixture ratio on a substrate, making it highly suitable for on–demand printing of doped organic semiconductors. Recently, we found that Ph-BTBT-C10 and tetracene can form a substitutional solid solution. Therefore, in this study, we developed a dual–head inkjet system and printed lightly tetracene-doped Ph-BTBT-C10.
