We evaluated membrane electrical properties and post-EP pore dynamics in H2O2-induced senescent cells using AutoPatchClamp. In the 1000 μM group, membrane capacitance increased, membrane resistance and breakdown threshold decreased, and pore opening was accelerated with delayed recovery and larger residual pore radius.
