FLASH radiotherapy has recently attracted considerable attention because of its potential to reduce normal tissue toxicity while maintaining tumor control efficacy. In this study, electron and X-ray FLASH irradiation fields established using the KURNS-LINAC were investigated, and a evaluation of radiation components in a water phantom was performed. Measurements using radiochromic films and Monte Carlo simulations were conducted to quantitatively evaluate the contributions of electron and X-ray components. The characteristics of both electron and X-ray FLASH irradiation fields were thereby clarified and will be presented.
