Enhancing heat dissipation in solar cell modules without encapsulants is a crucial development challenge for improving recyclability. In this study, we aim to improve heat dissipation by coating the back surface of a crystalline silicon solar cell with AlN/silicone, which has high heat-dissipation properties, and by creating a simple unit. By applying this to a solar cell module, we enhanced heat dissipation and observed a VOC difference equivalent to a heat-dissipation effect of up to 20°C compared to the case without applying.
