In this study, we developed a generative AI model to design the structures of polarization-control devices. A key advantage of this approach is the direct integration of manufacturing constraints, such as minimum feature sizes, into the model, enabling the generation of practical structures that fully account for the fabrication process. We validated the proposed model using a wire-grid polarizer, a fundamental polarization-control component, and report the verification results.
