With the aim of manipulating microscopic objects using multiphoton absorption, we proposed and implemented a method for moving the focal spot to create a three-dimensional thermal field. Using a 4F optical system with a parabolic mirror, we achieved a scanning range of 2 × 2 mm or larger. Furthermore, in optical trapping experiments, we successfully manipulated a bubble with a diameter of 0.37 mm, achieving a trapping force of approximately 252 nN. In this presentation, we will report on the results of demonstration experiments involving precise object manipulation using this optical system to create a three-dimensional thermal field.
