ナノ粒子光散乱に伴うスピン・軌道角運動量変換を高精度に解析するため、q-plateと可変位相板によるモード選択変換、ピンホールによる空間抽出、光弾性変調器を用いた偏光変調検出を組み合わせた測定系を開発した。背景光や低周波ノイズを抑制しつつ、既知の角運動量状態を持つ入射光を用いた原理検証により、設定したモード成分を選択的に検出できることを確認した。本発表では、測定原理とナノ粒子散乱光への適用について報告する。
