The control of highly discrete, broadband spectral light is crucial for improving the performance of optical function generators that synthesize arbitrary optical field waveforms. In this study, a Q-switched Nd:YAG laser was used as the fundamental light source, and up to the fifth harmonic was generated coaxially using wavelength conversion via KDP and BBO crystals. Furthermore, we measured the pulse energy and the beam profile after focusing for each harmonic, evaluated the fundamental characteristics based on the wavelength conversion efficiency and M², and experimentally clarified the output characteristics.
