[10a-PA2-13] Tunable holmium-doped pedestal-cladding pumped fiber laser

We show a tunable, pedestal-cladding pumped holmium fiber laser. The pedestal also allows for larger effective mode area, while maintaining few mode operation. We conduct simulations, which show the tunability can be shifted to longer wavelengths by reducing the parasitic reflections and increasing the fiber length.
