In optical frequency combs based on mode-locked lasers, high-speed control of the repetition frequency (frep) and carrier-envelope offset frequency (fCEO) is essential. In this study, an optical control technique without mechanical actuators was applied to a polarization-maintaining fiber comb, and frep stabilization was demonstrated. As a result, the phase-locked frep followed the reference signal, and its frequency stability was limited by that of the reference signal. Optimization of the control system and simultaneous stabilization of fCEO will also be presented.
