As-Se系カルコゲナイドガラスについて、ファラデー効果の大きさを表すヴェルデ定数の近赤外域における波長依存性を評価した。920–1070 nmの範囲で、ヴェルデ定数の絶対値は短波長側ほど増加した。講演では、得られた結果に基づく光アイソレータの設計について報告する。
