マルチバンドギャップ半導体であるZnTe1-xOx(ZnTeO)は，中間バンド型太陽電池への応用が期待されている．これまで，我々は詳細なキャリア生成過程を明らかにするためにZnTeO IBSC光電流特性の励起光強度依存性について報告してきた．本研究では，ZnTeO IBSCに波長の異なるバイアス励起光を照射しバイアス光の照射強度が光電変換特性に与える影響を評価した．
