By using paramagnetic lanthanoid binding tags, there have been reports of protein structure analysis using NMR. In this study, we chemically modified the protein MurD(L396AzF) on the surface of nanodiamond NV-(NVC), checked the luminescent properties of the nanodiamond NVC, and looked into its co-localization with the protein, so we’re reporting on that.
