For the application of perovskite solar cells in the space environment, higher temperature resistance than on Earth is required. In this study, we fabricated a perovskite solar cell using poly(triaryl amine) as the hole transport layer and evaluated its resistance to the high temperature environment (130°C) expected in space. As a result, we confirmed that the decrease in energy conversion efficiency at high temperatures was suppressed compared to conventionally widely used hole transport layers (Spiro-OMeTAD).
