Perovskite Solar Cells
In this study, we aimed to fabricate a fiber-shaped perovskite solar cell using a titanium wire with a diameter of 250 µm, and investigated surface smoothing of the titanium wire and TiO2 film formation for the electron transport layer. Electropolishing using Ethaline produced a relatively smooth surface at 14V for 40 min. In addition, the change in interference color after heat treatment at 500 ℃ suggested the formation of a TiO2 film. Furthermore, a mesoporous TiO2 layer was deposited by air-spray coating, and increasing the flow rate improved the continuity and uniformity of the film.
