本研究では、OPV/CIGSフレキシブルタンデム太陽電池に向けたCIGS太陽電池用n型層の検討を目的として、静電スプレー堆積（ESD）法により成膜したInGaZnO4薄膜の電気的・光学的特性ならびにInGaZnO4/CIGSヘテロ接合の発電特性およびバンドオフセット等を評価した。
