Bucky-bowl sumanene is a nanocarbon molecule with distinctive properties. MIM devices with sumanene between bilayer graphene exhibit significant resistive switching behavior. Furthermore, columnar sumanene can be achieved by controlling the spin-coating conditions. Our presentation will discuss the unique resistive switching behavior and its applications.
