For the stabilization of optical frequency combs, we have proposed a waveguide platform in which PP-TFLN is integrated onto a SiN waveguide by means of µ-transfer printing. In this work, we examined the periodic poling process of Mg-doped TFLN. We achieved an inversion ratio of 49.1% in an LNOI substrate consisting of X-cut, 5 mol% Mg-doped LN with a film thickness of 300 nm, under voltage application conditions of 330 V, a pulse width of 5 ms, and six applied pulses.
