We reformulated the classical HG–LG mode conversion theory as a sum of three HG modes and combined it with six-beam interference theory to generate a large-scale optical vortex array. Experimentally, we simultaneously generated 3,070 in-phase optical vortices arranged in a triangular lattice at 58 MW, demonstrating a scalable design principle for high-power structured light fields.
