In this study, heavily phosphorus-doped silicon nanoparticles with large particle sizes exceeding 100 nm are synthesized, and their optical properties in the visible and infrared range are investigated. The experimental results are discussed in comparison with calculations, and the effects of doping concentration and particle size on the optical properties are examined.
