To evaluate humidity sensors based on carbon nanotube (CNT) composite paper, composite papers using single-walled CNTs and multi-walled CNTs were fabricated, and their electrical resistance changes were measured under different humidity conditions. In addition, the effect of the type of paper substrate on humidity response characteristics was comparatively investigated.
