Increasing the number of NV⁻ centers and prolonging T₂^* improves the sensitivity of magnetic field sensors. Larger crystal sizes and the growth of high-quality (001) thick-film diamonds enhance {111} face cutting and design flexibility.¹²C enrichment is essential for improving T₂^*. This presentation will introduce diamond crystal growth technology for¹²C enrichment for quantum applications.
