We performed electrochemical doping on conducting polymer PDVT-10, which has been reported to exhibit high charge-carrier mobility in the undoped state. The electronic states of charge carriers in such doped film is investigated by using electron spin resonance (ESR) spectroscopy. The ESR spectral features, including the linewidth, suggested carrier delocalization. However, at high doping concentrations, spectral signature indicating a molecular disorder appears, possibly due to the penetration of dopant ions. We will discuss these results in presentation.
