[10p-PA4-6]Electronic State of Charge Carriers in Electrochemically Doped Thin Films of Conducting Polymer PQT

We performed electrochemical doping on thin films of conducting polymer PQT. This polymer is known to have low density of side chains, and the doped state of this polymer retains high crystallinity. On the other hand, the electronic state of such doped PQT film has not yet been clarified in detail so far. Therefore, we investigated its electronic state microscopically using electron spin resonance (ESR) spectroscopy. In highly doped region, the ESR signal shows a signature of carrier delocalization.
