Absolute PL quantum yield measurement using an integrating sphere it is non-destructively investigated that non-destructively the optical properties of solid surfaces. On the other hand, the hardness of pharmaceutical tablets is measured by destructive testing methods using tablet hardness testers and is managed as an important parameter that affects the properties of pharmaceuticals, such as solubility and disintegration. In this study, we aimed to establish a method for non-destructively predicting the hardness of pharmaceutical tablets and analyzed the correlation between absolute PL quantum yield and the hardness of pharmaceutical tablets.
