In recent years, with the widespread adoption of electronic devices, precise thermal control has become essential. Heat flux sensors enable the visualization of heat flow, thereby facilitating precise thermal control of devices. In particular, heat flux sensors utilizing the anomalous Nernst effect are expected to be usable on curved surfaces due to their thin-film structure. However, previous research has largely neglected studies on curved surfaces. Therefore, we have developed a new measurement system to enable heat flux measurements on curved surfaces.
