To realize the integration of SiC quantum sensors and spin devices, the development of spin injection sources that simultaneously achieve low magnetization and controllable magnetic anisotropy is required. In this study, we fabricated Pt/Co and Pt/Gd/Co films directly on 4H-SiC substrates and investigated the effects of the structures and annealing on their magnetic properties. As a result, clear perpendicular magnetic anisotropy was observed after annealing. Furthermore, the insertion of a Gd layer reduced both magnetization and coercivity compared to the Pt/Co films. In the presentation, we will further discuss the detailed investigations of the structures and conditions, as well as the samples on SiO2 substrates.
