We generate a megawatt-class large-scale optical vortex array using a DOE–SPP–4f optical system and apply it to copper surface processing. Donut-shaped ablation patterns and chiral nanoneedle structures are formed at the vortex singularities, demonstrating massively parallel orbital angular momentum transfer under high-power irradiation.
