In this work, we use time-resolved magneto-optical Faraday effect (TR-MOFE) to investigate spin dynamics in Co/Si-substituted YIG films with different doping levels. By combining field-angle-dependent optical measurements with magnetic resonance analysis, we aim to clarify how dual chemical substitution affects the effective anisotropy landscape, relaxation behavior, and possible emergence of complex spin precession modes.
