Surface modification via laser irradiation was performed to suppress the volume expansion and oxidation of Si anodes. Laser treatment applied to a composite layer consisting of Fe-doped LATP electrolyte and Si particles resulted in the formation of a dense microstructure. Through the establishment of electronic conduction paths via interconnected Si particles and the reduction of interfacial resistance, a conductivity of 4.5×10−4 S/cm was achieved, demonstrating its potential as a promising anode material for next-generation all-solid-state batteries.
