ガラス微小球はWhispering Gallery Mode (WGM) に基づく光共振により、微小空間に高効率で光を閉じ込めることができる。本研究では、WGM光共振器の熱光学特性の制御指針を得ることを目的とし、レーザー援用気中溶融法によりテルライトおよびZBLANガラス微小球を作製した。共振波長の温度依存性を評価した結果、それぞれ8.2 pm/℃、5.3 pm/℃のレッドシフトを示した。講演では、ガラス組成と熱光学物性の関係について議論する。
