In this study, we developed a method to precisely position nanoparticles onto an optical nanofiber surface by operating a nanomanipulator within a scanning electron microscope (SEM). This nanomanipulator features nanometer-scale positioning accuracy, offering sufficient controllability for fabricating fine nano-optical devices. By employing a probe with a sufficiently sharp tip in the experimental setup, we established a technique to arbitrarily control the interparticle distance using the probe tip.
