For making use of generative AI for nanophotonics, we built a framework to product metadata specific to nanophotonics based on related published papers and for generative AI to propose candidates for matching a designated purpose. As a trial, we implemented a series of exploration for circular-dichroic (CD) metasurfaces composed of single Si layer. Consequently, we identified CD metasurfaces among a large number of the candidates. At this presentation, we address the mechanism to yield prominent CD effect and the experimental results.
