Plasmonic-organic hybrid (POH) metasurface modulator incorporating a high-glass-transition-temperature electro-optic polymer was fabricated, and stable operation from room temperature up to 110 °C was demonstrated for the first time. The device achieved a resonance wavelength tuning efficiency of 0.29 nm/V and a 3-dB EO bandwidth of 16.1 GHz, while maintaining an effective in-device r33 of approximately 58 pm/V up to 110 °C. The demonstrated thermal robustness is promising for spatial light modulation applications, including optical interconnects and LiDAR.
