To maximize anti-reflection performance in the visible light region, we developed a shape optimization method for moth-eye structures using Differentiable Rigorous Coupled Wave Analysis (RCWA). As a result, we successfully designed a moth-eye structure capable of reducing the reflectance to 0.004% for PMMA film.
