In Hokkaido, the development of a new semiconductor industrial hub is underway, with next-generation semiconductor manufacturing and R&D facilities being established in Chitose. This talk introduces the initiatives of enSET Hokkaido, implemented through collaboration among five universities and four National Institute of Technology colleges in Hokkaido, including human resource development in semiconductor-related fields, educational programs, and the visualization of learning outcomes through digital badges.
