Physical Reservoir Computing (PRC) is attracting attention as a high-speed computing method. This approach involves information processing via a reservoir layer and shows great promise for edge computing. We have fabricated an artificial synapse using ZnMgO and Se. In this device, we observed a non-volatile change in power generation performance known as the light-soaking effect. In this presentation, we report on the influence of the physical properties of the ZnMgO layer and the wavelength of the incident monochromatic light on the light-soaking effect.
