We theoretically propose valley relaxation spectroscopy based on transconductance anomalies in multilayer WSe2 transistors. Gate-induced K-Gamma valley redistribution modifies the effective mobility and appears clearly in gm=dI_d/dV_g. By analyzing transient and frequency-dependent responses, we show that gm can serve as an electrical probe of intervalley relaxation dynamics.
