In solid-state nanopore sensing, we have successfully enhanced the capture rate and modulated the translocation time of milk exosomes by modifying nanopipettes with lipid membranes. This presentation aims to elucidate how these characteristic changes affect particle translocation behavior. To this end, we comprehensively analyzed the ionic current waveforms during target translocation across different nanopipettes with systematically varied surface charges and fluidities of the coating lipids, thereby discussing the impact of nanopore properties on particle driving forces.
