Nylon 11 has attracted attention as a piezoelectric polymer with a low environmental impact. In this study, we heated δ' phase films while applying an electric field via corona polarization to induce a phase transition to the α' phase. Structural analysis by XRD confirmed the transition to the α' phase, and piezoelectric resonance measurements revealed an electromechanical coupling coefficient comparable to that of the δ' phase. The films polarized after heat treatment exhibited no piezoelectricity, suggesting that the ferroelectric polarization of the δ' phase was maintained even after the phase transition to the α' phase.
