センシングやエネルギー関連デバイスの飛躍的な性能向上を可能とする材料として金属有機構造体(MOF)が注目されている。我々はMOF内にイオン液体(IL)を充填することで物性の向上が確認されており、微細加工が可能であることを報告してきた。本講演では、HKUST-1に様々なILを充填した際の構造・機械特性とMOF-IL間の相互作用の関係を明らかにし、加工制御の可能性について議論する。
